We are looking for a passionate and versatile Field Marketing Manager in APJ to join our team and lead regional field marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. Based in Singapore, this is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will be responsible for building and executing programs that engage enterprise security leaders, generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and elevate Cymulate’s brand presence in continuous automated security validation and exposure management.

You will own regional field marketing programs across key target markets (including South East Asia, Korea, Greater China, Japan, and Australia), shaping how Cymulate shows up in the region. While operating independently day-to-day as the strategic marketing partner to the VP of Sales APJ, you will be supported by a collaborative global marketing team, local sales leadership, and cross-functional partners invested in your success.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly accountable, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment while managing multiple programs, channel activations, and logistics streams simultaneously.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and execute integrated field marketing programs across APJ, including C-level executive roundtables, VIP dinners, technical workshops, industry trade shows (e.g., GovWare, regional cyber summits), partner days, and Cymulate-owned activations that directly support pipeline and revenue targets.

• Own event logistics and operations from start to finish, including budget tracking, venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, booth design, AV setup, regional shipments, onsite execution, premium swag management, and structured post-event workflows.

• Partner closely with the VP of Sales APJ, regional account executives, and the global demand generation team to align on territory goals, drive qualified attendance, accelerate pipeline progression, and ensure measurable ROI.

• Collaborate with sales on target enterprise account lists (financial services, government, critical infrastructure, MSSPs) to orchestrate hyper-targeted pre-event outreach and high-touch field campaigns.

• Work alongside regional distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), and system integrators across Singapore, ASEAN, and ANZ to co-plan and deliver joint webinars, lunch-and-learns, and sponsored partner events.

• Execute digital components that power field initiatives, including localized landing pages, invitation workflows, email sequences, registration portals, and sales follow-up cadences.

• Track and report on program performance, including attendee qualification, MQL-to-SQL conversion, sales follow-up velocity, pipeline creation, and cost efficiency, providing data-driven insights to refine regional marketing strategy.

What You Will Need:

• 4+ years of experience in field marketing, partner marketing, or event operations within a high-growth B2B enterprise software or cybersecurity environment in APJ.

• Proven ability to plan and execute events end to end, including venue coordination, vendor management, registration, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.

• Solid understanding of enterprise IT/security buyer dynamics and channel landscapes in Singapore, ASEAN, and ANZ.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams to support outreach, prospecting, and pipeline initiatives.
   
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
   
• Comfortable managing shipments, show services, AV coordination, swag, branded materials, and onsite logistics.
   
• Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional work across sales, marketing, product, design, and leadership.
   
• Strong cross-functional communication skills; capable of operating with high autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and accountability in a regional hub.

• Willingness to travel regionally across Asia Pacific and Japan (~20–25%) for major trade shows, partner events, and regional activations.
