Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 (plus bonus opportunities).

Responsibilities

• Act as both a sales leader and individual contributor, driving revenue through direct sales efforts while mentoring and coaching the sales team.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with an average revenue of $60,000 per account.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales strategy, client engagement, and account management.
• Collaborate with local leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
• Oversee the quoting process for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize company software and tools to manage sales activities and track performance metrics.
• Participate in a multi-stage interview process with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and objectives.

• Proven track record as a high-performing sales producer with a strong desire to transition into a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in sales software and tools (specific software experience preferred but not required).
• Ability to work on-site at least four days per week.
• A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
