The GBS Finance Center Head, will lead end-to-end finance delivery from India, supporting multiple regions. This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, focusing on scaling operations, driving financial transformation, enhancing controllership, enabling digital finance, and delivering cost and value outcomes aligned with enterprise strategy. Additionally, the Center Head will oversee the setup and governance of the Global Capability Center, ensuring best-in-class service delivery and transformation across finance and related domains.
Where You'll Make a Difference
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Shared Services operations across Record-to-Report (RTR), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Source-to-Pay (STP), ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and consistent achievement of business objectives.
- Establish and govern robust SLA, KPI, and performance management frameworks, driving accountability, service excellence, and strong stakeholder satisfaction across global business functions.
- Drive process standardization, harmonization, continuous improvement, and best-practice adoption across regions, creating scalable and efficient operating models that support global growth.
- Ensure strong financial governance through effective internal controls, SOX compliance, audit readiness, regulatory adherence, and proactive resolution of audit findings, compliance gaps, and operational risks.
- Partner closely with Controllership, Finance, IT, Data, and Transformation teams to enhance financial close processes, reconciliation quality, reporting accuracy, automation, analytics, and digital finance capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner to senior stakeholders, leading governance forums, Quarterly Business Reviews, and operational reviews while managing priorities, demand intake, risks, and expectations across the Americas and global teams.
- Act as the single point of accountability for center-wide Finance service delivery, providing transparent communication on performance, risks, improvement initiatives, and value realization outcomes.
- Own the Finance GBS budget, headcount strategy, workforce planning, productivity targets, and transformation benefits, delivering sustainable cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and measurable business value.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing, multi-level teams across global time zones, fostering leadership capability, succession planning, employee engagement, talent retention, strategic talent acquisition, workforce optimization, and an inclusive, performance-driven culture aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.

- Leverage digital finance capabilities and enterprise technologies, including ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP Central Finance (CFIN), and related digital finance tools, to modernize operations and strengthen decision-making.
- Drive change management and capability-building initiatives while promoting a culture of operational excellence through the application of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, supporting global stakeholders across the US, Europe, and APAC regions.

Important Information Regarding This Position
For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
