Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and proactive problem-solving to maintain system stability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of application issues and minimize business impact.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously improve support processes and documentation to increase efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EIS Suite Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Communication, Problem Solving.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues within enterprise environments.
- Experience working with middleware technologies and integration platforms to support business-critical applications.
- Ability to analyze logs, monitor system health, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
- Familiarity with incident management and change control processes to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in EIS Suite Technical.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
