Allegiance Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a skilled, dependable, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our Palm Coast clinic. This position supports licensed providers performing Veteran disability and occupational health examinations in a professional, patient-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform patient intake, vital signs, medical history, and screenings
- Perform blood draws and specimen collection
- Assist providers with disability and occupational examinations
- Perform clinical testing
- Maintain proper specimen handling and chain-of-custody procedures
- Accurately document patient information in the EMR
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies
- Support daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and safety requirements
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is confident with patients, comfortable performing blood draws, detail-oriented, and eager to expand their clinical skills. Experience in occupational health, disability examinations, urgent care, primary care, phlebotomy, or military medicine is a plus.

Requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical Assistant diploma/certificate from an accredited program required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Phlebotomy/blood draw experience required
- Previous clinical or Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Experience with EKGs, PFTs, hearing/vision testing, or occupational health is a plus
- Military Medic/Corpsman, Paramedic, LPN/LVN, or similar clinical background may be considered based on education and experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while being a team player
