Job Description: 
Lead the activation of Fractal's learning charter by designing and scaling high-impact learning, mentoring, career development, and internal communication initiatives that drive capability, engagement, and culture. The role owns enterprise-wide learning campaigns, culture activation, mentoring programs, and learning platform adoption, while integrating learning with career architecture. 

Role Details 

Learning & Development: 

• Design and implement a future-forward learning architecture (role-based, behavioural and leadership learning) in integration with organization wide career framework 
• Conceptualize, deploy and measure learning events (learning week, career month) 
• Own, scale and measure effectiveness of all learning platforms, content libraries, simulation and assessment platforms 
• Learning data dashboard and effectiveness measurement 
• Strengthen the Mentoring ecosystem through expansion of mentoring approaches, scaling coverage and integrating technology 

Change and Communication: 

• Lead and support change management initiatives 
• Lead centralised communication on Learning, Performance, Culture Activation and other emerging organizational priorities 

 Mandatory technical skills :

• Instructional Design 
• Learning Experience Design (digital, social, experiential) 
• Internal communications and campaign management  
• Change management and adoption 
• Learning technology and LMS/LXP management 
• Data analysis and learning impact measurement  
• Project management 
• Data and Analytics (Microsoft Excel)   
• Business Intelligence and Reporting (Microsoft Power Point, Power BI)  
• Data Collection and Documentation 

 Mandatory non-technical skills :  

• Strong communication and storytelling  
• Facilitation 
• Execution excellence and attention to detail  
• AI tools for content creation, communications, and productivity  
• Survey and analytics tools  

 Education Qualification :

• Master's degree in HR or Business Administration / Organizational Development / Organizational Psychology or any related field  
• Equivalent degree/ qualification
