Description
Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a 5-day project in Ventura, CA paying $21/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior retail merchandising experience.
This role requires strong POG/reset experience, as you will be responsible for assembling displays, endcaps, and shelving, reorganizing store shelves according to a specific layout, and documenting your work through the Survey Merchandiser App.

- Build cardboard displays, fill them with product and load the displays on to trucks.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report progress through the Survey app
Requirements (Must Have)
- Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
- Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
- Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
