• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)
• Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder
• Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS
• Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration
• Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus
• Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
