About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven National Account Executive to accelerate our growth within the HealthTech sector in Italy.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving your assigned sales targets by generating profitable revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new business opportunities. You will work closely with healthcare customers, analyzing their supply chain and logistics needs to design tailored solutions and deliver exceptional customer value.
This position is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong consultative selling skills, a passion for business development, and a solid understanding of the healthcare logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue growth and achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare and HealthTech sectors.
- Analyze customers' supply chain requirements and propose customized logistics and distribution solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare organizations.
- Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
- Qualify opportunities and develop compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution design and implementation.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and business opportunities.

What You'll Need

- Proven experience or knowledge of healthcare logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong appetite for new business acquisition and hunting activities.
- Fluency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
