Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day sales activity for West authorized retailers.
Monitor sell-out activity at each point of sale.
Monitor competitive landscape within the region, distribution changes and provide constant feedback to the sales team.
Support partners in planning, product allocation and stock management based on the agreed assortment.
Develop and monitor action plan to achieve commercial qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
Monitor the Brand Experience in all market touchpoints.
Analyze market and customer developments as well as development of cooperative action plans (CRM).
Ensure Piaget image complies with the Maison guidelines in each point of sale.
Support the training programs for Sales Teams.
Prepare and conduct monthly visits & meetings with partners.
Develop proposals to strengthen the distribution network.
Evaluate the potential of new shop-in-shops and coordinate their implementation.
Support retailer events within territory.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales/retail preferred, luxury watches/jewelry experience is a plus.
Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer orientation with a healthy dose of ambition.
Sales talent with modern omnichannel retail understanding.
Independent, proactive approach with strong analytical skills.
Flexible, able to independently with strong follow-through as well as part of the team and willing to travel up to 75%. Valid driver’s license.
