Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading and supporting planning and analytics activities that drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer or business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and improving planning processes, tools, and reporting to enable effective decision-making related to forecasting, inventory, operations, supply chain performance, and overall business optimization
• Works cross-functionally with multiple teams, business units, and levels of management to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights, while supporting strategic initiatives and continuous process improvement

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience is required.

Work Experience:

8+ years of relevant work experience is required.

Special/Technical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced technical and business application proficiency, and the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced computer skills are required, including the ability to comprehend and lead planning processes through available existing and potential tools currently utilized in planning areas, such as Power BI.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Supervisory:

Supervisory responsibility may be required.

Travel:

1-5 trips per year.
