How you'll make an impact in this role

• Daily Staffing Allocation: Coordinate daily clinical shift coverage and adjust assignments autonomously or with unit leadership to ensure safe patient care and minimize labor costs.
• Schedule & System Management: Maintain electronic scheduling systems, edit resource pool timecards, and serve as the main point of contact for staff schedule inquiries.
• Credentialing & Records Administration: Manage staffing office files, track agency bookings, and input external agency credentials into the electronic system.
• Data Tracking & Mission Alignment: Collect financial and staffing data for leadership reporting while upholding organizational values of integrity, stewardship, and dedicated service.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
