Responsibilities
The Staff Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate care for patients across the lifespan. Candidates with ICU or other high-acuity nursing experience are encouraged to apply. This role requires advanced clinical judgment, strong critical-thinking skills, and the ability to manage complex patient needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The Staff Nurse is accountable for maintaining professional nursing standards, coordinating care activities, and promoting exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from a nursing program.
- Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
- Previous critical care experience required.
