Job Description Summary

As a Project Services (PS) - Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR), you will oversee the end-to-end execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of GE HealthCare Diagnostic Cardiology solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate project activities, drive issue resolution, manage timelines and milestones, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong project management, customer engagement, and communication skills to effectively manage risks, maintain project momentum, and deliver a seamless customer experience from project kickoff through completion while supporting business and operational objectives. 

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track Diagnostic Cardiology customer orders from order entry through installation, training, and project completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, delivery schedules, installation readiness, training, and issue resolution.
• Partner with customers, Order Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation Teams, Clinical Education, Sales, and Service to ensure successful project execution.
• Create, maintain, and distribute project documentation, including customer contact lists, schedules, meeting notes, status updates, and action item trackers.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively communicate risks, delays, and dependencies that may impact customer commitments.
• Facilitate customer and internal project meetings to review progress, communicate next steps, and drive accountability.
• Coordinate equipment delivery, installation scheduling, site readiness activities, and customer training requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accurate and timely project updates.
• Maintain visibility to project status, delivery timelines, and installation schedules through company systems and reporting tools.
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve issues related to equipment delivery, site readiness, scheduling conflicts, documentation requirements, and customer concerns.
• Support order fulfillment activities by maintaining accurate project records and priority tracking.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve project execution.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating projects, orders, implementations, or customer-facing business processes.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for project deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address issues.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical device, hospital, clinical, or healthcare technology environments.
• Experience supporting equipment installations, implementations, or customer onboarding activities.
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to present project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Change management or process improvement experience.
• PMI certification or project management coursework is a plus.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $80,000.00-$120,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
