Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that generate awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline growth across Standard Textile's businesses. 

This role manages demand generation campaigns across direct, email, marketing automation, paid media, and account-based marketing programs. The Demand Generation Manager also oversees the management and routing of inbound website leads, ensuring prospects are qualified, assigned, and nurtured effectively. Working closely with Sales, Product, and eCommerce, this role helps convert marketing engagement into sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role responsible for campaign execution, lead management, performance reporting, and continuous optimization of the marketing funnel. 

Responsibilities Include:

Demand Generation & Campaign Management 

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth. 

• Manage multi-channel marketing programs including email marketing, paid media, social media, webinars, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM), and events. 

• Build and manage lead nurture programs that move prospects through the buying journey. 

• Support product launches and key business initiatives with demand generation programs. 

Lead Management & Sales Alignment 

• Manage campaign lead routing, scoring, qualification, and lifecycle processes within Salesforce and marketing automation platforms in partnership with Digital Operations team.  

• Manage inbound website leads, ensuring timely qualification, routing, and follow-up in partnership with the Digital Operations team. 

• Partner with Sales to improve lead follow-up, conversion rates, and pipeline creation. 

• Monitor lead performance and identify opportunities to improve handoff and conversion throughout the funnel. 

• Establish and maintain lead management processes and best practices. 

Marketing Automation & Analytics 

• Manage marketing automation programs, workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution in partnership with Digital Operations team.  

• Maintain campaign tracking and reporting within Salesforce and marketing platforms. 

• Monitor campaign, lead, and pipeline performance and provide actionable recommendations and regular reporting  

• Analyze engagement, conversion, and attribution data to optimize marketing investment and program effectiveness. 

Digital Marketing 

• Manage digital marketing programs including paid search, display advertising, retargeting, paid social, and other lead generation channels. 

• Develops landing pages, email campaigns, digital assets, and conversion-focused content. 

• Identify and test new channels, tactics, and audience targeting opportunities. 

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth digital marketing, marketing automation, or related roles. 

• Experience developing and executing lead generation and pipeline growth programs. 

• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce. Experience with Pardot, Account Engagement, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred. 

• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across email, paid search, display, social media, and ABM programs. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, lead, and pipeline data. 

• Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. 

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
