Description
Boomtown Therapy, LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting. We’re looking for a clinician who enjoys helping students build communication skills and working as part of a collaborative school team.
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs and write clear, timely evaluation reports.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals.
- Provide engaging individual and group therapy services.
- Monitor student progress, maintain service documentation, and complete progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and other school staff.
- Manage your caseload and meet applicable school and special education timelines.
- Provide supervision to an SLPA if assigned and qualified to do so.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a school-based team.
- School-based experience is preferred. Clinical Fellowship Year SLPs will be considered.
