About the role:
Reporting to Supervisor, Mobile Maintenance, the Supervisor, Asset Health is responsible for maximizing equipment availability and reliability in an open-pit mining operation through real-time asset health monitoring, failure analysis, and maintenance leadership. This role leverages telemetry, condition monitoring, and operational data to identify emerging equipment issues, support troubleshooting and repair triage, and optimize maintenance strategies for both operator-driven and autonomous mining equipment. The Supervisor, Asset Health serves as a key liaison between Mining and Maintenance teams, ensuring timely communication of equipment health risks and opportunities to improve performance.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to evaluate complex equipment health information, make informed decisions, and prioritize maintenance actions to minimize operational risk.
