About the Role
Do you aspire to shape the future of customer loyalty, deliver transformational digital experiences, and create innovative solutions that redefine how guests engage with an airline?
In this pivotal role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Riyadh Air's Loyalty technology portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, to the highest quality standards, and with measurable business value.
As a recognised delivery leader, you will spearhead the implementation and enhancement of loyalty capabilities across the Offer & Order ecosystem, including rewards accrual and redemption, tier management, partner integrations, co-brand programs, and digital loyalty experiences.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Digital, and external technology partners, you will drive successful delivery outcomes through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
You will play a key role in planning releases, managing delivery roadmaps, mitigating risks, and establishing governance frameworks that enable successful product launches and operational readiness. Your leadership will foster high-performing teams, champion agile delivery excellence, and create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Importantly, you will oversee complex technology integrations and loyalty platform implementations that support Riyadh Air's ambition to deliver a world-class guest loyalty experience from day one.
Your ability to balance competing priorities, navigate complexity, and align diverse stakeholder groups will be instrumental in driving transformative outcomes across Riyadh Air's rapidly expanding digital ecosystem.

About You
Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, or digital transformation, with significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives within complex environments.
You are expected to possess a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance, stakeholder management, vendor management, and end-to-end technology delivery across multiple platforms and systems.
