You'll play a key role in managing security, facilities, access control, health & safety, and workplace operations. Please note that this position is for a limited period of 1 year.
YOUR MISSION:
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and landlords, while resolving escalated workplace, facility, and security-related issues and coordinating communications on workplace changes, services, and incidents
Conduct regular workplace inspections and floor walks to ensure building infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and systems are maintained, coordinating repairs and corrective actions as needed.
Oversee workplace operations, including parking, asset and inventory management, storage administration, and ergonomic equipment procurement and inventory control.
Manage end-to-end access control operations, including access rights administration, access card issuance, data maintenance, visitor management, security issue resolution, audit reporting, and compliance with Security Policy requirements.
Administer physical security systems, including CCTV and access control platforms, coordinating maintenance activities and resolving technical issues with external providers and global support teams.
Lead and support security governance activities, including periodic security reviews, physical security audits, policy updates, compliance monitoring, and the development of local safety, security, emergency, and recovery procedures.
Manage Health & Safety administration, including maintaining training records and supporting compliance initiatives.
Process purchase orders, invoices, internal recharges, and related financial activities in partnership with Finance, utilizing workplace and procurement systems such as Ariba, SNOW, EAM, ACS, CCTV, and other role-related tools.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1 430 € - 2 230 €.
WHO YOU ARE:
Secondary school or University degree
Minimum 1-year previous relevant experience (admin roles, office management etc.)
Advanced English (B2+) and native Slovak (C2)
Proficient in using computer systems
Very good attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Good technical skills/understanding of basic technical requirements
Basic understanding of electronic systems
Flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work from the office in Bratislava
Able to work standard working hours with occasional flexibility required
