Develop Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) that align with the achievement of annual Chamberlain Group business objectives.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape and advance SIP and sales coverage strategy to meet evolving business needs
Manage the implementation of SIP including the development of timelines, metrics, weighting, data architecture, data integration, launch plans, communication, and dashboards
Lead SIP Committee through in year decision changes and propose solutions that achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and the plan participants
Oversee a direct report who is responsible for ongoing SIP maintenance and onboarding as well as leading sales coverage process, partnering with Sales leaders to analyze results, build maps, and plan territory/district definitions
Provide accurate, real-time reporting on performance compared to targets. Analyze data and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Research and introduce industry best practices to continuously improve SIP design and sales coverage strategy
Consult with vendor software team to optimize the SIP platform
Create SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Funds) programs to drive short term business objectives and calculate & report sales performance
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members
Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company’s policies
Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications
Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.
