SUMMARY
This position will lead a team to support efficiency, quality and production of an assembly line.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide training for certification of production Team Members
- Communicate materials needs to material handlers
- Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team members through daily Huddle Meetings
- Assign daily tasks to each Team Member and ensure cross-training/job rotation is being performed
- Ensure organization/cleanliness of work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator and Production Manager
- Other duties as assigned

- Attendance/Punctuality; is consistently at work and on time.
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships with other Team members
- Communicates clearly/concisely with Team Members
- Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans; uses time efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College education preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills required.
- Computer Skills: Ability to use and regularly check Outlook email.
