The Position
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :
1. Support business area’s sales forecast and analysis
协助业务部门的销售预测和分析
2. Lead price review and channel analysis, ensuring follow local authority law and Roche compliance rules
负责价格审核和渠道分析，确保其符合当地的法律法规和罗氏的合规准则
3. Responsible for analyzing annual prices and policy review for business areas/units.
负责年度价格和政策的审核和审批
4. Support sales opportunity from commercial perspective
从商业角度支持分析各种销售潜在机会
5. Perform ad hoc data analysis/evaluations to support management decisions and support sales campaign and performance management
进行额外的数据分析/评估，支持管理层决定，销售活动和绩效评估管理
6. Perform analysis and provide insightful comments, including methodology development, recommendation of actions to enhance business performance and/or address any performance issue
进行分析并提供有见地的建议，包括办法论的建立，提高业绩或解决问题的行动建议
7. Own end-to-end process, and lead initiatives to streamline commercial related processes and other business process (e.g. DoA process) to improve efficiency and effectiveness

8. Perform key and potential customer site visit periodically (e.g. 1-2 weeks per month)

9. Support business area other Sales & Marketing related projects

10. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

11. Responsible for team value position, and lead team development canvas.

12. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

13. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
University degree in Business Administration, Finance Management or related field
商务及财务管理相关专业本科学历
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达
Familiar with Business controlling operation process
熟悉业务控制的运作流程
Project management skills
项目管理经验
Cross-function experience
有跨部门项目合作的经验
Strong data analysis/technical skills
