- Ensure examinations are conducted in accordance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, including the secure storage and distribution of examination materials.
- Coordinate Access Arrangements and Special Considerations applications, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Produce examination timetables, prepare examination papers and packs, and ensure appropriate accommodation and trained invigilators are in place.
- Coordinate and deliver training on examination conduct, regulations, invigilation and associated administrative processes.
- Undertake spot checks and internal audits to ensure compliance with JCQ, awarding body and funding agency requirements.
- Maintain accurate examination systems and records, respond to queries and support the MIS team during enrolment events.

- Good understanding of JCQ rules and regulations, with experience of conducting examinations and assessments.
- Experience of Access Arrangements and Special Considerations and working with awarding body systems and platforms.
- High standard of IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, communication and customer care skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
