Help Shape the Future of Modern Mobility
This role sits at the center of Travelpro’s transformation—from a trusted legacy brand into a design-led, consumer-obsessed modern mobility company.

What You’ll Do

- Use the RMA report to check for “open receipts”. These are RMAs that are not fully processed/closed due to the item not being put into location. This should be done weekly.
- At EOD get the number of units processed and email all pertinent info.
- Process fraud returns following the SOP. Hold fraud packages for further research.
- Email any return issues (wrong product received, personal items left in luggage) to either account or consumer services based on the customer.

Why This Role Matters
Efficient RMA and returns management directly protects our company's profitability by recovering stock value through strategic product inspection and restocking. It plays a critical role in customer retention, as swift return processing transforms a potentially negative consumer experience into a loyalty-building interaction.
