Overview

The Reporting Senior Analyst delivers consistent, insightful, and scalable performance measurement capabilities by ensuring globally standardized reporting and data readiness across the entire FtS organization. The holder oversees metric-related analyses and governance which provide insights, drive continuous improvement, and inform decisions by GCC planners through FtS leadership.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of FtS reporting, and ensuring global standardization and process adherence

  • Define and deliver reporting capabilities to support FtS‑specific performance metrics needs, as directed by the Excellence Lead
  • Collaborate with Global GCC leadership, as well as Category and Market stakeholders, to ensure support/user friendliness and reporting quality meets expectations
  • Execute metric-related, what‑if modeling activities, gather and analyze results, and share key impacts with stakeholders
  • Generate, consolidate and distribute periodic performance reports and dashboards to enable continuous improvement
  • Own delivery of daily/weekly/monthly results reporting for key supply chain processes, including NPI, IO, SIP, SPF, and IBP
  • Establish standards for data cleansing and preparation according to applicable segmentation policy and guidance from e.g. Category Demand Planner
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of FtS reporting, and ensuring global standardization and process adherence
  • Develop appropriate reporting to enable operational activities towards touchless planning
  • Implement necessary scorecards / dashboards and benchmarking activities across geographic or functional areas, through close collaboration with S&T Horizontals as required
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with planners and value stream teams, supporting alignment between modelling outputs and operational needs
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple analyses and priorities

Qualifications

  • Target years’ experience: 6 to 8 years
  • KPI Measurement (IPP/PPP/C:D/Inventory)                       
  • Performance Reporting (SIP/MRP/CFR)                                   
  • Master Data Audits & Controls (SERPAT)                    
  • KPI Results Reporting (BOP / RCCP / CtD / CFR)       
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
  • Proficiency level: 1 Foundational, 2 Proficient, 3 Expert
