Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator 

Part-Time | September – October 2026 | Temporary 

ATKG is seeking a Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our fall recruiting season. This temporary role centers on conducting initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates — a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on recruiting experience without event or travel commitments. 

What You'll Do 

• Conduct initial phone screenings for internship and entry-level candidates, evaluating them against ATKG’s established screening criteria. 

• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate calls. 

• Document screening results and candidate status in our Applicant Tracking System. 

• Communicate professionally with candidates on scheduling and next steps. 

• Partner with our recruiting team to advance qualified candidates quickly. 

What We're Looking For 

• Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence. 

• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of candidates at once. 

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

• Prior recruiting, HR, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred.
