Description
## What you’ll do:
The position is responsible for but not limited to production planning based on the master plan that generated by rolling forecast and customer orders, and track the daily production is well controlled. Be agile to manage the production priority based on the daily production status, to meet customer OTD and monthly production target. Coordinate with cross function team to continue improving the production quality, and conduct VSM planning flow to continue optimizing the production planning.
"A. In charge of customer order inquiries based on the production capacity aligns with master plan.
B. Responsible for production planning, that link with mixing / preparing and molding planning; review the production status and the required adjustments with shop flow planners and front line leader through the daily review meeting.
C. Ensure planning parameters are accurate for production scheduling, such as tooling capacity, shopfloor manpower, machines availability, working days...etc.
D. Maintain the open work orders within the healthy level, and be agile to react the production adjustments for un-expected pull in, push out, upside demand. Escalate any risk that will cause any failures to the key indicators.
E. Manage the WIP transfers to the sub-contractor based on the team instruction in order to meet the monthly production target.
F. Execute other assignments by supervisor to support the continue improvement projects initialed from plant key operation factors."
## Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is must, Master’s degree at relating field preferred.
1~3 year experience in Planning function with proven performance in a manufacturing environment
## Skills:
IT skills in MS Office especially for Excel, knowledgeable in MRP/ERP system
