This role is part of Alcon's Quality & Regulatory Affairs function, a team that ensures our products are in compliance with global, local, and internal regulations and meet the strictest standards of quality as we help people see brilliantly. The Associate, Supplier Quality, is primarily responsible for applying specialized knowledge to enhance supplier quality, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will build strong internal partnerships and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Job responsibilities:
• Support LIMS masterdata update and improvement projects (site & global), including LIMS change assessment and liaise with global personnel for the change implementation
• Support LIMS sample workflow activities and tests, executing system validations, troubleshooting and performing system enhancements.
• Support periodic review activities for laboratory equipment/system/methods, including REE, user access and audit trail review Deliver Administrator responsibilities for laboratory equipment/ systems/ methods
• Coordination of Change Request related to LIMS and other routine tasks as needed.
• Perform LIMs periodic system audit trail reviews Other assigned AS&T and LIMS tasks as applicable
• Support the development and execution of strategies for supplier selection, evaluation, and compliance with Alcon quality standards
• Assist in conducting supplier audits
• Develop strong internal partnerships with Global Sourcing and Procurement, Regulatory, Operations, and Quality
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality and ensure suppliers meet established quality standards, impacting product quality and operational efficiency
• Follow procedures with decision-making authority, requiring job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
• Ensure rigorous quality control, complete all required training, and meet individual job requirements to contribute to overall organizational compliance.

Minimum requirement:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering, any field
• Preferable 1-2 years experience in Supplier Quality Management
• Good familiarization in IT/Computerized system
• Advantage: LIMS, Lab experience and Auditing skill
