The Senior SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation

of SAP FICO  solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of financial business processes, General Ledger (FI-GL), S/4HANA Finance, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing, and Controlling processes.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather financial business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA finance for FI modules, including  General Ledger, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing.

• Design and implement financial statements and regulatory compliance solutions using standard SAP tools and Fiori apps.

• Can design and build the complete Controlling Module and Allocation Process, including Universal Allocation and have a Detailed Understanding of the COPA Module.

• Can design and build, and have detailed knowledge of Profit Center Accounting & Intra Company Transfer Pricing.

• Can design and build, and have detailed knowledge of Document Splitting.

• Manage the integration points between FI and other modules(SD, MM, PP, and HR) to ensure accurate financial data flow.

• Act as the main technical point of contact for the above-mentioned modules for business stakeholders in Finance functions 

• Provide end-user training and furthermore support and practice knowledge exchange with your direct technical colleagues.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Extensive professional experience in working with SAP ERP systems, especially experienced with SAP S4HANA 2023 release, deep knowledge of business processes, and experience with transformation projects

• Highly skilled in configurations/customizing, focused on SAP modules and functionalities of General Ledger (FI-GL), S/4HANA Finance, Accrual Engine, Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP FI implementations, with at least 2 full life-cycle S/4HANA projects.

• Experience with modules   MM and SD would be a plus

• Strong ability to work both independently and within/across teams and project ecosystems (focus on efficient and respectful collaboration and taking responsibility for the overall team success)

• Strong ability to communicate fluently with English speaking stakeholders of various functions/departments, up to senior management levels (English level B2)

• Presentation skills (capabilities to shape and share ideas, provide reasoning etc).
