Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000+ Annual Earnings
Our Service Advisors enjoy a competitive compensation plan with expected annual earnings of $60,000-$90,000+, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed the stated range through a strong customer-focused approach and effective service sales.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations
- Prepare estimates and explain services in a professional manner
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
- Provide timely updates throughout the service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
Requirements
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with exceptional customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Honda or import dealership experience preferred
- Experience with CDK and other dealership management systems is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services preferred
- Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience a plus
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and recommend vehicle maintenance services
