About Your Role

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to ensure our Ohio office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently day in and day out. This person will manage our day-to-day facilities and cultivate a welcoming environment for both our team members and visitors. This is a part-time position in the Uniontown, Ohio office with a schedule Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:30pm. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk. Enthusiastically greet visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensure they sign in properly, and notify their internal hosts.
  • Maintain clean and organized shared spaces and conference rooms throughout the day, and keep the reception lobby immaculate.
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management, reporting and coordinating repairs for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical issues while ensuring proper building security.
  • Retrieve, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages. Manage all outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
  • Coordinate with Atlanta Office Manager to keep an accurate track of office supply inventory and ordering materials before stocks run low
  • Keep bathrooms and kitchens fully stocked with snacks, drinks, utensils, and paper products.
  • Responsible for the set-up and clean-up of catering for corporate meetings.
  • Help plan office celebrations and team lunches and lead seasonal office decorations.
  • Serve as the point person for workplace safety, coordinating fire inspections, tracking emergency contacts, maintaining evacuation information, and managing routine recycling and secure shredding services.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills to seamlessly manage vendor relationships, phone inquiries, and employee needs.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate office needs and solve them before they disrupt the team

Experience You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, office administration, facilities coordination, hospitality, or a related office-management function
