As the SEO Senior Strategist you will: 

  • Campaign Management: Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of complex SEO campaigns. Develop innovative SEO strategies that drive substantial organic growth and meet clients’ business goals. Oversee all aspects of campaign management, including advanced keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and off-page optimization.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Implement and refine advanced tracking methodologies to measure SEO performance across multiple channels. Use sophisticated analytics and SEO tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign results. Proactively identify and address performance issues to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of strategic objectives.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of SEO performance data to generate strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for senior clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. Leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.

  • Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration with content teams, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure SEO best practices are effectively integrated into website development and content strategies. Lead collaborative efforts to align SEO initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary SEO advisor for senior clients, providing expert guidance on SEO strategy and performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and presentations. Address client inquiries and challenges with expertise and professionalism.

Professional Qualifications: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing.

  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions

  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

The hiring salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
