Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Medication Pass Experience Required
Are you a State-Certified CNA with medication pass experience looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to support multiple senior living communities? Trinity Health Senior Communities is seeking experienced caregivers to join our CNA Resource Team serving Southeast Michigan.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Safely and accurately administer medications according to established protocols
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and restorative care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
- Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living setting
- Previous medication pass experience REQUIRED
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
