About the role
We are looking for a Site Administrator to be based in Perth Western Australia. The Site Administrator plays a key role in supporting the project team with administration, financial processes, documentation, and day-to-day coordination. You'll help keep operations organised, ensure records are accurate, and provide support across multiple project activities.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administration
Manage team expenses, reimbursements, and related records
Maintain accurate filing systems and project documentation
Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports and documents
Provide general administrative support including printing, scanning, and document management
Finance Support
Process invoices, supplier payments, subcontractor claims, and expense submissions
Assist with project financial tracking and monthly reporting
Maintain financial records and ensure information is entered accurately into company systems
Safety & Compliance
Follow company policies, systems, and procedures
Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards
Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Sustainability & Team Support
Assist with sustainability initiatives and project-related activities
Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
Support a positive, collaborative team culture and help where needed
About You
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (Excel experience is an advantage)
Proactive, dependable, and able to use initiative to solve problems
Able to manage deadlines, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities
A positive team player who is approachable, resilient, and eager to learn
