Role
As a Senior Manager of Clinical Experience at SmarterDx, you will lead the day-to-day execution of the Clinical Experience strategy for our Prebill solution and manage a team of Clinical Experience Managers. You will translate the Clinical Experience vision into consistent client engagement, strong team performance, effective operating practices, and scalable approaches that strengthen clinical trust and appropriate adoption of AI-powered clinical documentation integrity workflows.
You will cultivate trusted relationships with healthcare organizations, guiding clients in the effective adoption and optimization of clinical AI to improve documentation quality, financial performance, and patient care. You will oversee priority and complex client engagements, help clients understand the clinical and coding rationale behind SmarterDx recommendations, and use recommendation, query, coding, and workflow patterns to identify focused opportunities for education, adoption support, workflow improvement, and clinical performance improvement.
Working closely with Client Success, Product, Operations, Education, and Implementation/Integration, you will ensure that client insights are interpreted accurately and routed to the appropriate internal owners. You will help distinguish among clinical validity concerns, coding or documentation questions, education needs, workflow barriers, client-specific policies, and potential product opportunities, contributing to clear and consistent action across teams.
