The appointee is expected to be part of the new student residence management team. He/she will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Job Duties:

• Support Residence Masters and Assistant Managers in implementing residential life programs and creatively promoting new initiatives that resonate with students.
• Provide administrative support for the daily operations of student halls, including facilities management, reimbursements, and procurement duties.
• Engage with hall residents by addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints, fostering a supportive living environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with some work experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• A high level of computer literacy or experience as a student leader during university or secondary school life is advantageous.

(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
 

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
