Social Media Management 25%
- Help develop and manage the content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content in coordination with broader marketing priorities and campaigns.
- Write or support the development of captions, headlines, calls to action, and supporting social copy.
- Monitor social channels and engage appropriately with comments, mentions, customers, partners, and industry conversations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify product, project, technical, employee, and industry stories worth sharing.

- Translate product features, technical information, and customer benefits into engaging video, photography, social, and digital content.
- Participate in campaign planning to ensure content is developed in the appropriate formats for each channel.
- Support coordinated campaigns across social media, email, websites, video, blogs, sales enablement, and other marketing channels.
- Help extend campaigns beyond the initial launch by developing ongoing educational, application-focused, and product-focused content.
Blog & Editorial Content less than 5%
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and maintain a pipeline of relevant blog and educational content.
- Identify potential topics based on industry trends, customer questions, product applications, technical expertise, and social media engagement.
- Interview internal subject matter experts and help translate their expertise into accessible content.
- Support the development, editing, and publishing of blogs, articles, case studies, and other educational materials.
