About the Role
Join a dynamic, international support team delivering exceptional customer service to players within the online gaming industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking users, helping resolve account inquiries, platform navigation queries, and basic technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist users via chat, email, and digital channels with platform navigation, account inquiries, and general support.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
  
• Document customer interactions, account updates, and case resolutions accurately.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, data security, and quality service.
  
• Escalate complex technical or operational issues to senior internal teams when necessary.
  

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Finnish, with strong written and spoken English skills.
  
• Prior experience in customer support, contact centers, or technical support is preferred.
  
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to multitask across digital tools and databases.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and rotating shift schedule.
