Who you are:
The ServiceNow Engineer - Senior is responsible for leading the ServiceNow team in the design and development of both out-of-the-box and custom solutions. As a senior member, you will oversee the development work of junior developers, ensure the use of best practices, and drive the importance of code quality, security, and technical debt management. You will serve as a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and digital platform best practices.
What you do:
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions and oversee junior developers.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in all development efforts.
- Identify development gaps and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Interact with clients, managers, and end users to analyze project objectives and requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to define challenges, desired outcomes, risks, and strategies.
- Support Product Owner with product backlog and roadmap refinement activities.
- Assist with escalated issues related to customized applications and workflows.
- Provide work effort estimates for new projects and enhancements.
- Design, code, test, and deploy solutions following an iterative software development methodology.
- Perform custom development and third-party integrations as needed.
- Carry out unit-testing, defect resolution, and migration of changes to production.
- Assist with technical design and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build solutions that support business requirements.
What you need:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IT Asset Management, HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Virtual Agent.
- Ability to maintain a flexible and proactive work environment.
- Experience interacting directly with clients and end users to analyze requirements and capabilities.
- Strong skills in defining project objectives, risks, and strategies with stakeholders.
- Experience in software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in custom development and third-party integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
