About the Role: 

As part of our strategic expansion in APAC, we are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner / Recruiter to join our Regional Talent Attraction team. 

Based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, this role will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition at Brooks, Taiwan, with a strong focus on technical recruitment across Engineering, Automation / Robotics, Manufacturing, and IT. 

As a brand ambassador for Brooks, you will drive the delivery of high‑quality talent while providing proactive, timely communication on search progress. You will serve as a subject matter expert in talent attraction, offering consultative guidance and market insights to hiring leaders across the North Asia region. 

Work Location: Onsite - Hsinchu, Taiwan. 

Contract Duration: 1 Year (with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs). 

Language Requirements: Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English & Mandarin/Taiwanese. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Source, screen, and select candidates for a wide range of engineering, manufacturing, operations, and technical roles using diverse and innovative recruitment channels (job boards, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.).

• Build and maintain relationships with vocational schools, universities, training centers, and other relevant institutions to support proactive and high‑volume hiring 

• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks; ensure job advertisements are clear, compelling, and compliant with company standards and local labor regulations 

• Manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal standards as well as with local employment laws and regulations 

• Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics 

• Support and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth and consistent candidate experience  

• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders on new hire documentation, orientation, and onboarding requirements. 

• Support other TA or HR projects as assigned. 

Qualifications & Competencies: 

• Degree or Diploma with 3-4 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (in‑house, agency, or RPO), ideally supporting manufacturing, engineering or operations environments. 

• Experience using Workday (preferred) or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems and Microsoft Office tools ((Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

• Solid understanding of regional employment practices and compliance considerations across Taiwan 

• Fluency in Mandarin/Taiwanese & English is required (verbal and written). 

• Ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal skills
