We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Benefits & Mobility team, part of our CoE business at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon/Porto, Portugal, or Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The EMEA Benefits Analyst supports the delivery of benefits programs and projects across the EMEA region. This role contributes to key regional priorities, including mergers and acquisitions, benefits harmonization, benefits redesign, and broader program enhancement initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple countries, stakeholders, and workstreams. Working closely with regional and local HR teams, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors, this role helps ensure Marsh’s benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with regional business needs.
We will count on you to:
Support the planning and delivery of EMEA benefits activities and projects in partnership with the Regional Benefits Manager.
Analyze benefits data and gather documentation to support mergers, acquisitions, and other regional initiatives.
Contribute to benefits harmonization, redesign, and enhancement projects across countries and business units.
Maintain and update benefits data, trackers, project plans, and supporting documentation.
Partner with local HR teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to validate information, resolve issues, and support the timely execution of benefits initiatives.
Assist with benefits system updates, reporting, renewals, governance checks, and process improvement activities across the region.
What you need to have:
Experience in benefits, rewards or HR analytics.
Exposure to multi-country or regional HR or benefits environments is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Experience working with employee benefits platforms and/or benefits administration systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other standard business tools.
