Job Overview

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring effective project execution, cost control, quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage project risks, costs, resources, and timelines.
• Review project documentation, reports, and contractual requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant construction experience, including proven experience managing large-scale projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at LKR 500 Million or above will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts, quality, safety, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
