Role summary:
As a Senior Analyst in Project Management, you will lead the execution and oversight of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to identify requirements, resolve critical issues, and monitor progress while driving continuous improvement. You will provide expert guidance on project planning and implementation, communicate effectively across teams, and support the delivery of business solutions that meet organizational goals. About the team:
The team supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of projects within the background check program for U.S. associates. It collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, streamline processes, and maintain accurate documentation. The team manages project workstreams, resolves issues, tracks progress, and supports implementation activities. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement are key to delivering successful outcomes. Members contribute to enhancing operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and standards, fostering a professional environment focused on accountability, integrity, and delivering value to the organization and its associates.
What you'll do:
  • Support small projects and workstreams for the U.S. associate background check program, including project tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
  • Streamline processes, maintain documentation, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation of business solutions.
  • Work hotline tickets by researching inquiries, documenting findings, coordinating follow-up, and helping ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with the in-home delivery background check program through documentation support, process updates, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Apply best practices and expert guidance to improve project processes and results.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability within project teams to achieve objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
