As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming calls and activity, and help direct the appropriate response to security-related incidents. You will maintain clear documentation, support onsite teams, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Pay Rate: $22.32 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a healthcare-related location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, prioritize requests, and coordinate responses with on-site personnel and appropriate emergency services.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, dispatch records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Monitor access-related activity, alarms, cameras, and communication systems, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
