Description
Location: MV Golf & Event Center, Little Falls, NY
Pay: $22.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible schedule required)
Love creating great food and leading a team? Arc Herkimer is looking for a talented Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at the MV Golf & Event Center. From daily restaurant service to weddings, banquets, and special events, you'll play a key role in creating memorable meals for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Help prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals
- Assist with banquet, catering, and event menus
- Coordinate food service for golf outings and special events
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Help train and support kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality, productivity, and kitchen efficiency
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- At least one year of Sous Chef experience preferred
- Knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and events
