- Develop all Always On static assets based on approved creative direction and look & feel.
- Adapt campaign assets across formats, platforms, markets, and languages while maintaining visual consistency.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and technical specifications.
- Translate creative concepts into high-quality social-first executions.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Content Managers, Copywriters, and Project Managers throughout the production process.
- Raise visual quality standards by proactively recommending design improvements and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines.
- Quality and consistency of all social creative executions.
- Compliance with brand and platform guidelines.
- Timely delivery of design assets.
