Description
The Associate Manager will support the execution of strategic Growth Enablement initiatives by driving analytics, program management, governance, business operations, and stakeholder coordination across key business priorities. The role will focus on identifying growth opportunities, improving operational effectiveness, driving productivity initiatives, supporting Zero-Based Everything (ZBX) programs, and enabling data-driven decision-making across Reinvention Services.

- Support Growth Enablement programs and strategic business initiatives.
- Drive analytics, reporting, and insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage governance, tracking, and reporting of key growth and productivity initiatives.
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership presentations.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
- Track program benefits, value realization, and performance against targets.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Finance, HR, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, and Business Operations teams.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled productivity programs.
- Support workforce planning, resource management, and organizational transformation activities.
- Maintain executive reporting and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
