As our valued Registered Nurse at Piper House in Dapto, you will provide compassionate clinical care that enriches the health and wellbeing of our residents. With empathy and resilience, you will:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
- Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
- Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all
What you’ll bring

What’s required:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A Bachelor of Nursing
- Required NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
What’s preferred:
- 3 years experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
