HEAD OF GLOBAL RETAIL (OFFLINE STORES)
Location: Hong Kong or Asia-Based (Significant International Travel)
ABOUT THE ROLE
CASETiFY is scaling its physical footprint from a growing store network into a highly disciplined, world-class offline retail business. We are looking for an exceptional Head of Global Retail to take total P&L ownership of our physical stores globally.
This is a builder mandate: you will architect our brick-and-mortar operating playbook, drive four-wall unit economics, enforce expansion discipline, and turn physical stores into high-yield brand hubs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the global offline P&L. Drive same-store sales, store EBITDA, inventory turnover, and faster store payback periods.

Define standardized store formats, visual merchandising, staffing models, and operating playbooks across all physical markets.

Lead global store expansion, portfolio reviews, and tough decisions on relocations, underperforming doors, and capital allocation.

Establish unified store scorecards, operational rhythms, and field leadership standards across regions.

Leverage physical spaces to increase attachment rates, build brand trust, and convert customers beyond phone cases.

Connect physical stores with Brand, Product, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize overall business growth.
REQUIREMENTS

Direct financial accountability (P&L ownership) for multi-store brick-and-mortar networks.

Clear track record of lifting four-wall margins, same-store sales, and store productivity.

Experience building retail frameworks, operating rhythms, and teams across multi-country markets.

Strong judgment across store labor allocation, inventory management, retail metrics, and physical expansion.

Experience scaling an offline store network from ~30–50 doors to 100+ stores globally.

Background in premium consumer, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer tech retail.
