Lyten Poland is currently looking for IT Support Specialist.
As an IT Support Specialist at Lyten Poland, you will be the first point of contact for a wide range of IT needs at Europe's largest Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility. Your role will be essential in ensuring that employees across offices and production areas have reliable access to the tools and technology they need to succeed.
Working as part of the local IT team, you will collaborate closely with our Global IT team and HR, supporting seamless onboarding experiences for new employees and contributing to the efficient operation of our fast-growing organization. You will work daily with colleagues in Poland while also cooperating with teams in California, USA, and other Lyten locations around the world.
Your primary responsibility will be managing the IT helpdesk, including responding to support tickets, resolving incidents and service requests, and delivering timely, effective solutions to end-user issues. You will administer Microsoft 365, manage user accounts and permissions across company systems, and coordinate the procurement of hardware, software licenses, mobile subscriptions, and IT services.
In addition, you will oversee office technology and equipment, including laptops, monitors, printers, conference room solutions, and AV systems. You will also support and maintain the company intranet and contribute to ensuring a positive digital workplace experience.
Beyond day-to-day support activities, you will play an active role in improving processes, tools, and support services. You will help develop helpdesk standards, deliver user training, and promote best practices across the organization. Applying IT service management principles, including incident, request, problem, and change management, you will help maintain a high-quality and consistent support experience across Lyten.
You will report directly to the Senior IT Manager.
